AMCG's Advisory Directors assist AMCG in sourcing of potential transactions, providing strategic and structuring advice related to investment transactions, and matters related to AMCG operations.

Dr. Yoshio Matsumoto

Yoshio Matsumoto is an Advisory Director of AMCA, and the former president of Kumagai Gumi Co. Ltd. He is currently Advisor to Kumagai Gumi Co. Ltd. and is Vice Chairman of the Land Improvement Construction Association of Japan. Dr. Matsumoto has been involved in large-scale infrastructure projects such as underground railways and highways in Asia as a project manager and project director for fifteen years. He also has extensive experience in the development, marketing, bidding and promotion of major construction projects in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

Vernon Moore

Vernon Moore is an Advisory Director of AMCA, and a non-executive director of CITIC Pacific, where he served as CFO from 1987 to 2005 during the period in which the company grew to become one of Hong Kong's most prominent listed companies. Mr. Moore has been a non-executive director of Cathay Pacific Airways since 1992 and of CLP (Holdings) since 1996. Prior to joining CITIC Pacific in 1987, he worked as a commercial banker for 15 years, principally at Chase Manhattan Bank, in Europe and Asia. He is a Chartered Accountant.
