Target Investee Clients AMCG Capital Investment Management Process Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact
•  Assess potential portfolio companies in terms of their environmental, social and corporate governance policies and practices ("ESGPP").
AMCG must be satisfied with the environmental promotion and protection behaviors, social impacts, and corporate governance of potential portfolio companies. Guided, in part, by the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. Member of the Asian Corporate Governance Association and is guided, in part, by its Codes and Rules for certain countries.

•  Influence portfolio companies to comply fully with international standards for environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance

• Taking ESGPP factors into account results in better investment decisions and investments have better risk/return profiles.

• Prefer to invest in businesses which are promoting sustainability, e.g. via using or producing cleaner energy and making full use of energy-saving technologies and other benign activities.

•  Promote sustainability and good corporate governance as a member or observer of boards of directors.

•  Do not invest or sell an investment if the due diligence and/or monitoring of an investment opportunity results in reasonable concerns that a business is not respecting environmental or social laws and regulations or does not have and apply a high standard of corporate governance policies and practices.
