inquiry regarding possible investment by AMCG, please

We will respond quickly and confidentially to
opportunities.
- Compensate brokers and other intermediaries on
customary terms for referrals that result in
investments.
- Invests in a wide variety of businesses, and are
particularly interested in opportunities in
medium-sized, Asia-based businesses that meet criteria
described herein.
- Structures transactions to meet the needs of
business owners in many different circumstances,
including growth equity investments, buy-outs, family
businesses, recapitalizations, going-private
transactions, and management buyouts.
- Has no fixed limits on transaction size, but a
company should generally have at least US$75 million
in revenues to be considered by AMCG. AMCG's usual
financing commitment is at least US$15 million but can
be as large as US$100 million or more. We also have
access to substantial co-investment funds for larger
transactions.
